February 3-5, 2017
February 3-5, 2017: 24th Annual Providence Boat Show Presented by Washington Trust
Rhode Island Convention Center (One Sabin Street, Providence, RI)
Explore boating at the 24th Annual Providence Boat Show, a family-friendly happening presented by
Washington Trust that features summer in winter. This three-day expo, one of the largest indoor boat
shows in New England, will showcase boats for every pocketbook—from a wide range of powerboats to
sailing dinghies and paddle-powered watercraft. Included in the price of admission are free seminars
with experts to give you the know-how on boat handling, navigation, and equipment. Special attractions
and events run throughout the show, including: an indoor pool where all ages can enjoy StandUp
Paddleboard demos and remote-control boats; sea-to-table demos where showgoers can sample local
seafood and learn how to prepare their catch; and more. From seasoned veterans to those who have
never stepped foot on a boat before, all levels of boating enthusiasts will find the inspiration and
equipment they need to plan their adventures afloat. The event is owned and managed by the Rhode
Island Marine Trades Association.
